We often receive calls from people who need to find a DJ quick because the DJ they hired months ago canceled at the last minute. At DJ Rob we want you to know you can trust that when you book your event with us you won’t have to worry about it being canceled. Life happens and while we have not yet ever had to cancel on anyone, we also know we can’t promise it will never happen. What we can promise is that if we do have to cancel a job under contract (with less than 30 days notice)because of overbooking, equipment failure or negligence on our part we won’t leave you all alone. We will help you find a new disc jockey and even help pay for it.*

*If guarantee applies we will pay up to 50% of the full price we charged on the original contract towards the cost of a new DJ (less the cost of any add ons or options not rendered by new DJ) Does not apply to cancellations due to event beyond our control such as third party interference or acts of God.

You will notice we have two different prices for DJ service. Our Pro DJ package is meant for events like weddings, high school reunions, and sweet sixteens where part of the purpose in having a Disc Jockey is dancing and creating that club like atmosphere.  While the event guest may not be dancing the entire time the price is based on an hourly rate witch we have calculated.  This allows us to be much more flexible at the event and helps make our prices clear.  The Basic Music package is for events like picnics and BB-Qs where the main purpose in having a Disc Jockey is to provide "back ground" music. This doesn't mean the music has to be turned down low or that no one will be allowed to dance it more or less means the music will not be mixed to keep the beat going for dancing and the DJ will not at anytime be the main focus of the event.  We like to be flexible so if you have any questions just give us a call of send us an email anytime.

PRO DJ Package (4 hr min) $340.00 for four hours

$85.00 per hour for first 4 hours and $70.00 per hour for each additional hour
This package includes the basic equipment setup with DJ in formal dress to play music, mix dance music and MC your event. This package is best for formal events like wedding receptions and dinner parties as well as events where guest will be dancing.
 

Basic Music Package(4 hr min) $300.00 for four hours

$75.00 per hour for first 4 hours and $60.00 per hour for each additional hour
This package includes our basic equipment setup with a DJ to play music and MC your event. This package is best for more casual events like BBQs, picnics, pool parties and other events where there is not likely to be dancing.

Dance Floor Lights Package $115.00 flat rate
Our basic lights give the party that disco or club atmosphere and turns even a dull party into the one every one will be talking about on Monday.  Our dance floor lights set up includes fog machines, strobes lights and colored lights that flash and move to the beat of the music. Mounted above the dance floor on a ten foot lighting truss, they project onto the floor and the dancers turning your party into the hottest club in town.

Big Bass Subwoofers $50.00 flat rate
For when you want the party to really bump. Our dull 15 inch subwoofers pump out 1500 watts each and really let the crowed fill the music.

Double Setup Fee $60.00
This fee is for events that require the DJ change the location of his or hers equipment setup during one event.

Wedding Ceremony $100
Provides the all of music for your ceremony as well as a wireless microphone and mic stand.  To insure that your wedding goes the way you always dreamed your DJ will attend your rehearsal to practice with you. When DJ Rob provides the music for your ceremony and DJ service at your reception the double setup fee is waived saving you $60.00!

New Years Eve $850
$850 is our minimum price for DJ service on New Years Eve.  This is not because the demand is so high on that night it is quite simply because believe it or not December 31 is Rob's birthday and he has decided that it is only worth working on his birthday if the job pays at least $850.  But we don't expect you to pay $850 for a $400 event we are throwing in all the extras.
